Morning work

Actually writing your name gets to be

hard work for some of the children

Many said," I just wrote it yesterday!"

But I told them we were going to write it in our

 journals everyday this week!!

Look decided he wanted to write his last name

without looking at his name tag

Great work, Luke!

He did it all by himself!!

Ella came and played magnets as her 1st choice today!!

Charlie put the lady bugs in numerical order

then he had fun mixing them all up!

Tristan was our invocation leader

I showed the children this picture

showing the children that Jesus is EVERYWHERE!

We reviewed what we have learned

about speaking up and 

stating our problem... saying how it makes us feel

and then solving the problem

We then ROLE PLAYED

The children love to do this!!!

2 children played with a ball

another child came over and took the ball.

The 2 children spoke up and 

said, "WE don't like it when you take our ball!"

"That makes us mad!"

Then the child who took the ball apologizes

then has a solution to the problem.... "LET"S ALL PLAY TOGETHER!"

EVERYONE WANTED A TURN

All the children wanted second turns too!!

But it was time to go outside!

Carly was kind to a friend and

got to put her name on the kindness chart

A BEAUTIFUL DAY!!

Laura was a little unsure

but asked Mrs Larimore to hold

her hands while she jumped

Laura was very proud of herself

and kept working at it!!!

These tires are such confidence builders!!!

I love how excited the

children are to share

their environmental print words

Brody brought his environmental print in 

this morning and since it was sticky

put it right on our EPW

Wyatt was excited to do this job

but I totally missed most of him in this picture!

CENTER TIME

Tristan and Ella were excited to get 

to use the Firehouse and truck first!

Ella and Charlie worked together

to make Fire Trucks

Ella would go over and measure the wheels and count

how many wheels the truck has and come and 

give the information to Charlie!!

SO awesome and such a learning moment!!
