I showed the class this visual from what we learned watching the Leaps and Bounds videos

Monday and Tuesday

Leaps and Bounds taught us about how sometimes are bodies are like car engines...

moving too fast..... too slow or just right

we practiced keeping our bodies just right so we were ready to listen

Next I showed the class this ceiling tile

the whole school gets one tile to decorate 

and then it will hang in the main school building

we got to decorate it during center time

SCIENCE EXPERIMENT

What happen when you mix baking soda and shaving cream

it creates this shapable dough..that feels cold like snow

The kids all got some to play with... they all loved it!

Next I asked the class what happens to snow when theSUN comes out

We made predictions about what happens.... will the snow melt or NOT melt....

then we pretended VINEGAR was the sun to see what happens.....

Our snowmen melted..... so FUN!!!

We got dressed and ready to play in the snow... so excited!

Reading SNOW books for story time

Aiden was whether helper....... funny the kiddos have been

putting snowflakes up all week BUT day when it really did snow Aiden 

chose a rainbow. I told the kiddos that when we choose a rainbow it means it

is a happy kind of day... so I think Aiden is happy it snowed
