We had 4 friends NOT at school today!!!

Today was a small group
Charleigh volunteered to
be our invocation leader
Moses and the 10 Commandments
We went outside
It was SO SO SO
windy!!!!
we ran around for about 5 mins and then
went into the
commons.....
Ellie's family donated a
game
The Floor is HOT LAVA..
you can only step on the
colored path...
there was a spinner and you could only
use the colored
spun to make your way across....
If you touched the FLOOR/HOT
LAVA you have go back to the beginning....
JOBS
STORY TIME
Calvin was weather helper
Lucas volunteered to be
the prayer leader
Arwen was snack
manager
SNACK
A small group we
could all sit together
at one table
HAPPY BIRTHDAY...
we sang
Happy Birthday right before we ate
The letter N
CENTER TIME
THEN MOVIE TIME---
I wanted to make sure the children who missed
the Charlie Brown Movie got to
watch a movie with us.....
VEGGIE TALES
Madame Blueberry
Madame Blueberry is feeling VERY blue and
think if she buys more stuff
she will be HAPPY but she learns
along the way --it isn't STUFF
that makes you HAPPY
it is a
GRATEFUL HEART!!!
I had some popcorn and pretzels
leftover over from the
Charlie Brown Feast that
I shared with the class
Lucas really wanted to keep working on his
birthday crown
so we moved a table over
for him to work and watch the movie
then we prayed...
I forgot to take a picture of the
prayer requests
BUT so many of the
prayers were for
Otto who hurt his leg
and Ben, Luke and Maisie
to have safe travels...
Then we played
Turkey Turkey
who Plucked Your
Feather....
One child laid in the middle
with his/her
eyes covered with a feather next to him/her.
Then one child "plucks"
the feather and goes back to his/her spot. And everyone
has their hands behind
their backs. The "Turkey" gets 3 guesses to guess who
plucked his/her feather and has it behind his/her back
So many friends said
This is so FUN!
Thanks Mrs Koenen for
teaches us this new game!
Time to Bail, Snail!
Was the good bye
rhyme Austin chose!
