Morning Work

The children enjoy using real tools
It is SO great for developing
fine motor skills as
well as problem solving
(which way to turn the
wrench/screwdriver to loosen
or tighten)
The children are also
really enjoying the
cement playdoh
and construction play doh vehicles

Today's helpers

OUTSIDE

CHAPEL

Mrs Mudd, one of our full day
preschool teacher, led us...
She talked about
THANKFULNESS

She showed us these random items
empty soda can
a dirty and old shoe lace
old batteries...

WHY should we be thankful for things we can't
use anymore???
WELL:
we can be thankful someone enjoyed the soda
we can be thankful for the old
shoe strings because they were once on shoes that
help you run fast
and old batteries we can be thankful for because
they once made a toy or flashlight work

and above ALL else..
we should always be thankful to GOD because he
is the reason we have
EVERYTHING!!
