Getting Ready for our
SPECIAL MAUNDY THURSDAY

STATIONS OF THE CROSS

We did our attendance and
invocation...

Then practiced our
part of the service
SO MY SINS ARE NO MORE

SPECIAL
paper to draw a sin

we talked about
what a sin is....

the children did a great job
drawing a sin or writing
a word

Today's helpers

Mrs Lohmann, former preschool teacher,
led our STATIONS OF CROSS

then we walked
over to church

The stations of the cross
were very special
and the class did
a great job

this is the part we used our special paper
and got to say our part...
So my sins are NO MORE...

Below a few examples of
our classes drawings...

we took our sins(special paper)
and put them in the water...

and within minutes our sins were

WASHED AWAY
(paper dissolved in the water)
JUST like Jesus
dying on the cross
saves us---washes our sins away!!!

This station we read a book

and got a special STONE
and drew a CROSS
to remind us..
the stone was rolled away...
and Jesus died on a cross for us...
BUT He did NOT stay dead!!!

We then got a few minutes to
run around
